Breakthrough T1D\u2019s newest Ride features a scenic and relaxing lakefront downtown with access to spectacular roads for riding. Starting along Lake Coeur d\u2019Alene, you\u2019ll venture north into beautiful Kootenai County, traveling through forested roads and between several lakes dotting the course. Skirting the National Forest and avoiding the area\u2019s major mountains, the ride gives stunning views of rolling hills while passing through the shorelines of area lakes. We expect this location to sell out quickly, so be sure to register on February 1 so you don\u2019t miss out.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re also looking forward to returning to stunning ride locations in Burlington, VT, La Crosse, WI, Death Valley, CA, and Amelia Island, FL. Plus, as in years past, there is no registration fee required to participate in Breakthrough T1D My Ride, where you can ride your own way and have the chance to fundraise toward exciting rewards. A $100 registration fee is required to participate in a Breakthrough T1D Destination Ride and is counted towards your fundraising package commitment. Stay tuned for more information on our fundraising packages and exciting rider benefits for 2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Breakthrough T1D Ride<\/strong><br \/>\nYou don\u2019t have to be an avid cyclist to join the Mid-Atlantic Ride team! Breakthrough T1D Ride is for all cyclists \u2014 beginner or experienced \u2014 who share a commitment to Breakthrough T1D\u2019s mission.
