Come for the mission, stay for the game and fireworks! Socialize with other T1D families and even come on the field for a Breakthrough T1D check presentation!

This event is FREE for immediate family (parents & kids). If others want to join, tickets are $12 per person with payment coming to Breakthrough T1D. Thank you to Crystal Finishing and the Woodchucks for making this possible!
