POSTPONED – Timed for a Cure

In an abundance of caution for the well-being of our Breakthrough T1D community, this event has been postponed to a date later this year.

Join us in turning Type One into Type None!

THE EVENT:  A Team Time Trial to test your mad speed and strength on your bike

THE TIME:  Saturday May 9th, 2020, Noon–3:30pm (First wave riders please arrive at 11:30. We ride at Noon!)

THE PLACE:  Raised Grain Brewing Company  1725 Dolphin Dr., Ste B, Waukesha, WI

THE REASON:  To raise money for Breakthrough T1D and kick diabetes butt

THE DEAL:  Cost is $50 per Person, Silver-Star Teams of 5 are $250, OR Gold-Star Teams of 5 for $500. (Every team will get a pizza to refuel. Gold-Star Teams get 2 pizzas + 5 beverages of their choice + swag + their logo on the T-Shirt!)

THE AWARDS:  Awards presented to the top teams from two classes: The Competitive teams and the Casual Competitive teams. Each team member will ride as hard as they can for 20 minutes. At the end of the event the total distance of each team will be calculated.

THE EXTRAS:  We will have LOTS of silent auction items for you to bid on and a 50/50 raffle. Extra prizes will be given away during the event – bring your best team spirit!  Gold-Star teams receive even more goodies!

PLEASE BRING YOUR BIKE AND A TOWEL!  Note: there won’t be a locker room, there will be changing room pop-ups available as well as the restaurant bathrooms.  Each team is responsible for bringing their own warm-up trainer.
