Join us on Saturday, February 7th at Camp Aldersgate for the Breakthrough T1D Community Summit, a day of connection, education, and inspiration for everyone impacted by Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). This engaging event brings together individuals and families living with T1D, healthcare professionals, and community partners to share knowledge and support one another. Attendees will enjoy interactive breakout sessions on topics such as Exercise with T1D, Clinical Trials Participation, and Advancements in Cure-Focused Research. A separate kids and teens track will offer fun activities like archery and basketball, as well as opportunities to connect with peers who understand life with T1D. We’ll close the day gathered around the campfire for s’mores and conversation, celebrating the strength and spirit of our incredible T1D community.
