Breakthrough T1D Charlotte & Western North Carolina is excited to bring our community back together in Western NC for a special T1D Connections Day. This gathering is designed for anyone touched by type 1 diabetes including individuals living with T1D, families, caregivers, and those newly diagnosed. Whether you are looking to meet others, share experiences, or simply spend a morning with people who understand life with type 1, you will find a welcoming space here.

Join us for a relaxed, family‑friendly morning of conversation, connection, and community building. Come on your own or bring someone with you — everyone is welcome, all ages included.
