Whether you were diagnosed last week or have lived with type 1 diabetes for decades, the Breakthrough T1D Community Summit is for you.

A Community Summit is a day to learn, connect, and get answers. You will hear about the latest in T1D research, tools, and care. You will also meet others who understand what everyday life with T1D is like. It is built for every age and stage, and for caregivers, family members, and loved ones too.

Join us on Saturday, March 20 at the Great Wolf Lodge Conference Center. If that date doesn’t work, the Triangle chapter is hosting its own summit on Saturday, March 13 in Raleigh, and you are welcome to attend either one.
