Join us for a Summer Social at Havana Night at Camp North End on Friday, June 13 at 6pm! Hosted by Breakthrough T1D Board Member and Certified Diabetes Educator Corey Colson, this summer social is a chance for anyone affected by type 1 diabetes to connect with others in the T1D community, make new friends, and enjoy a fun summer evening together. When you arrive, keep an eye out for the blue balloons and Breakthrough T1D t-shirts!
