Our speaker this month is Charlie O’Connell. Charlie is the founder and CEO of Fitscript, a New Haven based Diabetes Fitness and Technology Center dedicated to helping those individuals with Diabetes reach their exercise potential and goals. Charlie is a certified personal trainer and diabetes exercise and fitness expert who also lives with T1D.
