November is National Diabetes Awareness Month (NDAM) and we need you to help us spread the word.

To kick off the month, we’re inviting you to take the T1D Looks Like Me challenge and help us to raise $125,000 in honor of the 1.25 million Americans living with type 1 diabetes (T1D).

This challenge is a simple, powerful, and interactive way to highlight how T1D affects millions of people all around the world and right here in our own backyard. If you have T1D or know someone who does, help us raise awareness and funds for Breakthrough T1D’s mission throughout the month of November.

We are excited to offer two tickets to the 2017 Hope Gala for every person or team that raises an additional $1,000 during the month of November.

Funds can be raised through your existing Breakthrough T1D One Walk or Ride Participant Centers, by making an online gift at https://tinyurl.com/NevadaNDAM, or by sending a check referencing NDAM to Breakthrough T1D Nevada Chapter, 5542 S Fort Apache Rd, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89148.
