This is the perfect opportunity to come together and talk openly about the realities of managing T1D in the workplace. We’ll explore topics such as accommodations you can request, how and when to share your diagnosis with an employer, and strategies for balancing diabetes management throughout the workday.

Breakthrough T1D Walk with a Special Adult Meetup
Saturday, April 18th
Walk opens at 7:30 am, Walk begins at 9:00 am, Adult Meetup 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Sloan Park, 2330 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Mesa
Join us at the largest event for the T1D community, where every step drives research, advocacy, and support to improve lives until we find a cure. Food, fun, and entertainment will be available on walk day, including a special adult meetup in a suite inside Sloan Park where you can connect with other adults living with T1D while enjoying light refreshments and snacks.
