There are two subcommittees:

You have the option to choose one or both committees to participate in. Both committees require comfort with soliciting.

Executive Committee

The goal of the Executive Committee is to solicit your personal and professional contacts for Sponsorships, Table Sales, and Fund A Cure donations.

Auction Committee

The goal of the Auction Committee is to solicit for live and silent auction by utilizing your personal and professional contacts to secure unique items and experiences.

What is the goal of the Gala Committee?

The goal of the Promise Gala Committee is to contribute to the process of creating and implementing a first-class gala.

Is there a time commitment for the Gala Committee?

The committee will meet once a month (virtually or in person), starting in March, to plan for the 2026 Phoenix Promise Gala.

What if I can’t make one of the meetings?

That’s okay if you can’t make a meeting. We will send notes after each meeting and check in to see if you have questions.
