Knockout T1D Presented by Tucson T1D Warriors

We are the Tucson T1D Warriors, a group of mothers, grandmothers and friends who have been personally affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D). Everything that we do is inspired by Liana, Lily, and Wyatt who we have all watched grow and thrive despite the burden of T1D. In 2023, we decided to host a small fundraising event for T1D research and advocacy with Breakthrough T1D (at the time JDRF). We invited our family members, friends, and close colleagues to learn more about type 1 diabetes, play games together, and rally support for Liana, Lily, and Wyatt. That small event has grown tremendously in the last four years into a huge, community-wide fundraising party that we call Knockout T1D. Since 2023 our event has raised over $200,000 thanks to the generosity of our neighbors, local businesses, and supporters far and wide. This year we would like to invite you to come have fun and help us Knockout T1D!
