Connect with families living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and hear from special guest Melanie Duran, DNP, FNP, CDCES – Diabetes Specialist at UNM on staying active with diabetes.

Whether your family has been living with T1D for years or just diagnosed, this is your time to connect, share, and support one another on the T1D journey. Bring your kids – activities provided.
