The Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador Program gives you the ability to use your voice to spread diabetes awareness and help Breakthrough T1D in ways that only you can! We need your voice, your participation, and your leadership. On behalf of Breakthrough T1D, we are looking forward to working with you. Together, we can make a difference!

Dear Prospective Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador,

On behalf of Breakthrough T1D, we would like to invite you to apply as a Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador (YA). The Breakthrough T1D Youth Ambassador Program teaches children and teens to advocate for and raise awareness of type 1 diabetes (T1D) in their community. This group is made up of children living with T1D, between 1st and 12th grade. Youth Ambassadors will have confidence in sharing their T1D story, demonstrate leadership skills and collaborate with T1D peers while advancing the mission of Breakthrough T1D.
