If you are curious about “what’s new and exciting” in T1D research and also want to get a short recap of the successful Breakthrough T1D Research Forum recently held at Georgia Tech.
PLEASE join us on Tuesday, April 18th at 10:00am at Egleston in Classroom 4.
Our guest presenter will be Kim Kukler, the Breakthrough T1D Georgia Chapter Research Information Volunteer (RIV). Kim began volunteering for Breakthrough T1D as a CHOA Hospital Ambassador soon after the T1D diagnosis of her son Sam at the age of 14. She will share new research information that is not only exciting, but uplifting and hopeful. Kim’s tech talk and summer planning for your T1D. Preparing for school next year.
Kids are welcome to join us. This is a great opportunity to meet other families with T1D.
Limited seating.
Please RSVP to Lisa Klumok at lsbklumok@comcast.net by Monday, April 16th. You will receive parking information and classroom details when you RSVP. Classroom 4 is in the conference area to the right of cafeteria.
