Please join us for the 2016 Breakthrough T1D Georgia Chapter TypeOneNation Summit. Registration will open on February 16th. Space will be limited.
The first 30 families/households to sign up will receive one adult and one child’s ticket to the 5:30 pm Medieval Times Show that same afternoon*. Also, all confirmed registrants will be entered to win a Medieval Times Family 4-pack to a future show.
In addition, guests may be eligible to win an American Girl doll along with the new Diabetes Care Kit accessory.

Cost: $10 for ages 4 and up.
Location: Infinite Energy Center Forum, Duluth Georgia
Lunch: Provided with $10 registration fee.
Parking: Free
Childcare (experienced diabetes managers): Provided for ages 4 and up. Children will be separated by age.
Teens: Up to 17 will be included included in roundtable discussions with Dawgs for Diabetes, UGA’s Type 1 Diabetes student group.
