Our TypeOneNation Boston Summit 2016 was held on Saturday, February 27 at the Boston Marriott Copley Place.  More than 700 attended this inspirational and informative day, and were able to connect with others individuals and families with a type 1 diabetes (T1D) connection.

The Summit was made possible in part by the generous support of our Premier Sponsors: Dexcom, Lilly Diabetes, and Novo Nordisk.  In addition, we extend our sincere thanks to our National Vendor, Medtronic, and our Local Vendors: Animas, Cambridge Focus, Diabetic Dabs, Juice Plus, Neighborhood Diabetes, OmniPod, and Tandem Diabetes Care.  Thank you also to our Community Partners: the Barton Center for Diabetes Education, College Diabetes Network, Glu/T1D Exchange, Type 1 Diabetes TrialNet, and the YMCA of Greater Boston.

We are grateful to our speakers for being a part of the program and imparting their knowledge and expertise with you.

There are so many ways you can become or remain involved with Breakthrough T1D to help us achieve our vision of a world without T1D.  Contribute in a way that works for you with your local chapter.  Become a volunteer or advocate, join a committee, connect and provide support for others, or fundraise through Breakthrough T1D One Walk, Ride, the Gala, or you can even organize your own event.  Your support makes a difference!

Please feel free to reach out at any time with questions or for more information about  involvement opportunities, and available resources and support programs for individuals and families at all life stages of T1D.  Hope to see you in 2017!
