Breakthrough T1D is an official charity partner of the 2025 Cambridge Half Marathon. Runners can register as a charity fundraiser directly through the race website. Breakthrough T1D runners receive our support and will have the opportunity to earn a variety of fundraising incentives along the way.

The Cambridge Half Marathon at CambridgeSide is a fast and flat course along Memorial Drive featuring views of the Charles River, MIT, John W. Weeks Footbridge, Harvard University Stadium, and more.

• Register for the race as a “Cambridge Half Marathon – Charity Runner.”
• Select Breakthrough T1D on the “Support a Charity” tab.
• Setup a fundraising page (there is a $1250 fundraising minimum). When you raise $1500 for Breakthrough T1D, a portion of your registration fee will be refunded!
