Frances Lim-Liberty, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist and sees patients throughout NH, VT, ME, and MA. She has a particular interest in diabetes transition care- from adolescence to young adulthood- and how to best incorporate technology into current diabetes management. She has a passion for teaching medical students and residents, and has worked in developing and implementing innovative approaches to teaching about cultural humility, equitable healthcare outcomes, and shared medical-decision making. Her work is grounded in a commitment to advancing healthcare access by ensuring that patients and families can navigate any barriers that can prevent them from achieving their healthcare goals. She believes this work is best accomplished through creating collaborations with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, institutions, and community networks and supports.
