The Women Run Cape Cod 5K race is part of a larger women’s fitness program organized by the Falmouth Running Club (FRC). This race, which is intended for women, is held on beautiful Cape Cod in Falmouth, MA.
The event has the purpose of empowering women and girls with the ability to encourage, motivate and strengthen each other through running. The FRC believes that every woman and girl should have the opportunity to grow and flourish through exercise.
This 5K is walker friendly and stroller friendly. The course is a flat out-and-back route from Falmouth Town Hall.
A portion of the race proceeds will be donated to Breakthrough T1D.

Falmouth Town Hall Square
Parking is available in municipal lots and at the Lawrence School. Parking will not be allowed in the Town Hall Square lot.
