We’re excited to welcome Julie Geddes, Breakthrough T1D Greater Northwest Board Member and Clinical Trial Education Volunteer, who will share the latest advancements in T1D research, from clinical trials to innovative therapies accelerating progress toward a cure.

Julie’s journey with Breakthrough T1D began in 2001, when her eldest son was diagnosed with T1D. With a background in molecular medicine, nursing, and clinical research, she’s passionate about expanding access to clinical trials and raising awareness of emerging therapies.
