Join us at the magnificent Westchester Country Club, consistently rated as one of the premier golf courses in the United States, for the 40th Annual Breakthrough T1D Golf Classic, chaired by David Levy. Your support brings us closer to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes (T1D) and its complications.
All golfers receive 18 holes of golf, bag tag, golf cart (2 per foursome), caddy (1 per foursome), use of locker room, valet parking, gift bag, use of driving range and putting green before tee time, brunch, on-course refreshments, lunch, cocktail reception, dinner and open bar following golf.

FMV for above sponsorships are as followed: Presenting and Premiere $7,200; Ace: $3,600, Individual: $900, $230 dinner only. Tax deductible after FMV is subtracted from sponsorship price.
