TODDLERS WITH DIABETES NIGHT

Caring for a child of any age with diabetes is not always easy but a toddler with diabetes comes with its own challenges. Join Breakthrough T1D and Dr. Jennifer Osipoff for a program designed to help families of young children (ages 6 and younger) living with T1D. Children are invited to attend.
