Join Breakthrough T1D Greater Wilmington for a morning dedicated to community, connection, and support. T1D Connections Day brings together individuals and families at every age and stage of the Type 1 Diabetes journey. Whether you are newly diagnosed, decades in, or supporting someone you love, this event offers a warm and welcoming space to learn, share, and build meaningful relationships.

Guests will enjoy fun kids activities, opportunities to meet other local families, and conversations that strengthen our community’s network of care. This gathering is free to attend and designed for all ages.
