The Breakthrough T1D Illinois Young Leadership Committee (YLC) is a group of young business and civic professionals actively supporting Breakthrough T1D and type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. The YLC is affiliated with the Breakthrough T1D Illinois Chapter, the largest income producing chapter worldwide. Our members have unique ties to T1D – many live with it, others are connected through friends or family, and some simply have a passion for the cause. The common thread: To find a cure for T1D.
