The Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games bring together more than 250 of Chicagoland’s top brokers, developers, property managers, and industry leaders for an unforgettable afternoon of competition, connection, and purpose—all in support of Breakthrough T1D.

By bringing the real estate community together, the Games help raise critical funds for Breakthrough T1D’s mission to improve the lives of people living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) today while accelerating life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent, and treat T1D and its complications.

In 2026, the Real Estate Games had an incredible turnout and raised a record-breaking $390,000 to support research toward a cure for T1D. This year, we’re raising the bar once again, with even more teams expected to compete in a series of athletic challenges, followed by a celebration that brings everyone together.
