At Breakthrough T1D, our top priority is — and always has been — the health and well-being of the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community. To safeguard our community during the COVID-19 pandemic, Breakthrough T1D is not holding any in-person events through Tuesday, June 30. This means we will no longer be holding TeeUp Fore T1D on Sunday, April 26 due to its timing in April. We appreciate everyone’s support and commitment to our mission. We are working on ways to keep our community connected in a safe and successful way.

Since our goal is to raise as much money for T1D research as possible, we have done away with ticket prices and are thrilled to unveil the three new fundraising options for the second-annual TeeUp Fore T1D! You and your team of up to six friends can partcipate as Bay Team, a Premium Team, or you can join us as an individual.
Bay Team
Team Fundraising Minimum: $900
As a Bay team, you will be able to participate with 4-6 players. Once you reach your fundraising minimum as a team, each team member will receive:
3 hours of free play
Lunch
2 drink tickets
Swag bag
Premium Team
Team Fundraising Minimum: $1,500
As a Premium Team, you will be able to participate with 4-6 players. Once you reach your fundraising minimum as a team, each team member will receive:
3 hours of free play
Lunch
2 drink tickets
1 free entry to Beat the Pro
Prime Bay location
Swag bag
Individual Golfer
Individual Fundraising Minimum: $150
As an Individual Golfer, you will be placed in a Bay with other individual golfers and/or team golfers. Once you hit your fundraising minimum, you’ll receive the following:
3 hours of free play
Lunch
2 drink tickets
Swag bag

FAQ
Who can participate in TeeUp Fore T1D?
Individuals of all ages are welcome to participate. In accordance with Topgolf’s guidelines, all participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied at all times by an adult over the age of 21 (who can be a fundraising participant or registered spectator).
Does the $25 registration fee count towards my fundraising?
Yes! The $25 required registration fee will be the first donation to your individual or team’s fundraising campaign.
Is there a fundraising minimum?
Yes. As a team, you are required to raise a collective fundraising minimum. Each team member’s fundraising contributes to the team minimum. If you are participating as an individual, you will also be required to reach your fundraising minimum (as listed above). Breakthrough T1D will provide you with an online platform to collect donations leading up to the TeeUp Fore T1D event.
Is there a deadline for me or my team to meet the fundraising minimum?
Yes. But don’t worry! If you follow the recommended guidelines and use the fundraising resources Breakthrough T1D provides, you will be more successful than you think!
