2017 Breakthrough T1D PEAK Program – Healthcare Providers

The Breakthrough T1D Performance in Exercise and Knowledge (PEAK) program is an innovative, unique outreach initiative to help increase education on effective management of physical activity for individuals with type 1 diabetes (T1D). Its goal is to break new ground in supporting safe, informed exercise within the T1D community. The Breakthrough T1D PEAK program is available to physicians, nurses, pharmacists, diabetes educators and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients with T1D who exercise or wish to exercise. Continuing education credits are not available for the PEAK Program at this time. We apologize for this last minute change. As a result, the program will be offered at no cost and any paid registrations will be refunded.

McCormick Place Convention Center is Chicago’s largest meeting space. Situated along Lake Michigan it offers beautiful views, ample parking, and hotel accommodations at the adjacent Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel.

The event will be held on Level 1 of the South Building.
