Join us for this free family day of fun at Thistleberry Farms (61391 Mayflower Rd. South Bend, IN 46614). We’ll have Taya Keeler and Maggie Seitz Mendez, Diabetes Educators and Registered Nurses, talk to the group. Both Taya and Maggie have Type 1 Diabetes themselves.

Breakthrough T1D will be meeting at their campfire spots. We’ll have waters and items to make smores. We’ll also have some juice and fruit snacks on hand if needed.
