Join Breakthrough T1D for an Adult Type 1 Meet Up – Teen Mentoring session in Kansas City! This is a casual event to connect with other adults and teens in the type 1 diabetes community. Adults will mentor and talk to teens about managing T1D on your own, life with T1D, and more!
