Join us for the Adult Type 1 Meet Up on Wednesday, August 16 from 6:30-8PM at the Plaza Branch Library!

This meeting, we’ll have a guest speaker joining us – Nan Borchardt! Nan is a local dietician living with type 1 diabetes. We will talk about how food works in your body (like the right order to eat food in for optimal blood sugar) and all of the things your endo doesn’t have time to tell you.
