Meet with other families of children with type 1 diabetes every other month starting in September. Join Breakthrough T1D on the second Wednesday of the month. Children’s activities are provided. Topics include pump & CGM companies, diabetes supply, school/504, psychosocial (transfer of care), and Breakthrough T1D 101.
