Breakthrough T1D is partnering with Gavin Bryant of Gav’s Corner to offer an exclusive hockey experience for kids living with T1D in 8th grade and below. Fill out the form for a chance to win four (4) free tickets to a Sacred Heart University (SHU) Men’s Ice Hockey home game. Winners will also get a Jumbotron shout-out and a postgame meet-and-greet with Gavin, a T1D supporter and SHU men’s ice hockey player! Gavin Bryant started Gav’s Corner as a way to bring the T1D community together after his younger sister was diagnosed with T1D in 2021.

Gav’s Corner will contact selected families to coordinate details. Because of NCAA recruiting rules, this opportunity is open only to children in 8th grade and below.
