Join us for Bridging the Gap T1D Teen Connections on Zoom, Tuesday, November 17th, at 7:00 p.m.! Come for an engaging evening of connection and learning with other T1D teens (ages 13+) and their families. This call, we’ll be celebrating NDAM (National Diabetes Awareness Month) by playing some T1D trivia. A prize is awarded to the overall winner!
