For Teens
Not only will teens learn how to better manage their diabetes, share challenges and triumphs, but they will also develop meaningful relationships with other teens with T1D – in a fun and relaxed atmosphere! As a special treat, we will have master magician and illusionist, Anthony Grupido, put on a show for us.
For Parents/Caregivers
Hear from other parents/caregivers who are going through the same journey as you, share stories and learn tips and techniques to make this a little bit easier – after all, you are the experts on managing this disease 24/7! You will take home valuable resource materials such as the Breakthrough T1D School Advisory and Teen Toolkits plus a handful of other items from our medical and industry partners.
Medical providers and our industry partners will be present for both parents/caregivers and teens to ask questions, share information, and get insight into what’s new in T1D. Don’t miss this once-a-year very cool event!
