T1D Sports Day!

Boys and girls ages 9-13 with type 1 diabetes (T1D) are invited to join Evan, a Varsity athlete with T1D, and his friends and teammates for an afternoon of advice, food, sports, arts & crafts, and giveaways. This event is rain or shine.
