Bridging the Gap Teen Connections – November

On the second Wednesday of each month, Breakthrough T1D Mid-Atlantic hosts “Bridging the Gap” a meet-up for teens ages 13-18 with T1D. Led by young adults living with T1D, this informal meet-up is an opportunity for teens to connect and talk openly about the challenges and triumphs of living with T1D.
