Join us for the Breakthrough T1D Fall Family Festival!

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Connect with others in the T1D community while you and your family enjoy a fall day on the farm! Breakthrough T1D will have a short program at 1:30PM with an overview of local chapter events and research Q&A. Families can enjoy Fall Festival activities including a corn maze, hay forts and tunnels, and jumping pillow. Light snacks and water will be provided.
