Calling all teens and young adults with T1D and their families! Children’s National Hospital and Breakthrough T1D Capital Chapter invite you to learn about the teen transition years, including going off to college and transitioning from pediatric to adult diabetes care. The event includes speakers from the Children’s National Child and Adolescent Diabetes Program and a panel of young adults with T1D to share experiences and answer questions!
