Come celebrate the start of Walk season with us at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Ashburn, VA. This event is a great time for the whole family and is entirely FREE. Lunch will be provided, as well as a newly released and exciting kid’s movie!

Speaker Doug Lowenstein will present during the event to talk more about the upcoming Virginia One Walk and how the dollars you raise are making real progress towards a World without T1D.

Doug Lowenstein is connected to type 1 diabetes (T1D) through his daughter, Emma, who was diagnosed at the age of 14. Since, 2001 he and his wife Shelley have supported their local Breakthrough T1D chapter in Washington, DC where he has co-chaired several galas and served as a chapter vice president.
