T1D Community Meet Up

We are excited to kickoff the new year with our first meet up for the St. Cloud area Saturday, January 24. This event is open to all ages. The Mississippi room will be perfect for kids play together and meet other T1Ds while parents and adult T1Ds can also connect and chat. Breakthrough T1D will also have resources for newly diagnosed families and information about our upcoming events. We hope you are able to join us!
