Come out for a fun night at Paddle Up with other St. Louis-area T1D adults! After Paddle Up, we will be heading to 4 Hands Brewery.

We ask that everyone please bring $10 to help with the cost of the 3 courts, and we’d like to offer our sincere thanks to Terrie Rolwes for donating her services to us for free lessons.  You’re welcome to bring your own equipment, or Paddle Up will let us use theirs for free, too.
