August Mountain West Newly Diagnosed Meetup

We understand how overwhelming the first year of life with type 1 diabetes (T1D) can be and know how important it is to build your T1D support network. Breakthrough T1D Mountain West Chapter Staff and Outreach Volunteers are proud to host our Quarterly Newly Diagnosed Virtual Meetup on Tuesday, August 16th, from 7:00pm-8:00pm MT. We’ll share resources for T1D and answer your questions about Breakthrough T1D and our programs and resources. Our Outreach Volunteers will be joining us to share their personal experiences of living with T1D.
