More Info
The Cranford Cure Diabetes 5K is typically held at Nomahegan Park, however this year it will be converted to a virtual race due to COVID-19. The 5K is held annually to rally support to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes, a disease that impacts many people in our communities. Benefits of this race goes to Breakthrough T1D.
The 5K can be done whenever and where ever (run or walk) you would like to complete it, at any time between 9/27/20 and 10/11/20. Don’t forget to wear your tutu to continue to support #tutusfortype1. Register today at: https://runsignup.com/Race/NJ/Cranford/CranfordCureDiabetes5K
As an additional challenge you can choose to complete 22.4 miles over the course of the 2 weeks. This is an average of 1.6 miles per day to represent the 1.6 million Americans diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes today.
Please share your success with them through their social media channels. Use the hashtag #SQC or #tutusfortype1.
