Join Breakthrough T1D and our T1D community for a Town Hall to discuss and brainstorm opportunities for upcoming Rockland County T1D support and events.

Breakthrough T1D is committed to partnering with our constituents in Rockland County in a way that best meets the needs of the community. Join us at our first Rockland Town Hall to collaborate on future events.

The goals of the Town Hall are to:

Bring together as many members of the greater T1D community
Identify gaps and opportunities in services or information
Seek out solutions for more support and information locally
Identify potential future events.
