Join Breakthrough T1D and Michael’s Miracles for a virtual training on caring for a child with type 1 diabetes (T1D) in school. Presented by Colleen Clark Chuo, RN, MA, CDCES, CPT.  

​Topics include: Hyperglycemia, sick days, hypoglycemia treatment, carb counting, technology overview (pumps/CGM), safe insulin administration, special occasions at school.  ​Open to school nurses, coaches and staff.  

​Course is free, registration required.
