The 2026 Breakthrough T1D NorCal Community Summit will bring together the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community for a day of education, inspiration and connection. Learn from medical experts at a variety of breakout sessions, hear motivational messages from T1D champions, stay up to date on the latest cure research, technology and treatment options, and meet others in the T1D community.

We are thrilled your child(ren) will be joining us at Summit! Please read below for further information.

Youth Programming (K – 7th grade)

We are excited to be partnering with DYF this year to be offering our Youth Programming at Summit! Please register your child for the Youth Camp through Breakthrough T1D’s registration link. After registering, DYF will contact you via email to fill out additional forms and to process payment of your Youth Ticket. PLEASE NOTE: Your child is not confirmed until payment has been submitted.

Youth camp fees:

$25 for one child, $40 for two, $60 for three

Space for the youth camp is limited. Once the camp is full, we will email to let you know you have been added to the waitlist.

Youth camp registration opens from 8:40 – 8:55. Pickup is at 12:30.

Teen Track Programming (8th – 12th grade)

We are thrilled to offer special programming for Teens this year! Please link to our schedule & speaker bio for more information.

8:40 – 8:55 am: Teen Track Check in

9:00 – 10:00 am: Teen Track Keynote

10:00 – 10:15 am: Break

10:15 – 11:15 am: Ready, Set, Go – College Session

11:15 – 11:30 am: Break

11:30 – 12:30 pm: College Student Panel and Q&A

12:30 pm: Pick up

The Roundhouse Market & Conference Center

Please do not use Apple Maps for directions to the conference center. We suggest using Google Maps for better accuracy.
All parking at the Roundhouse Market & Conference Center is free.
The lot closest to the entrance tends to fill up quickly. We recommend using the overflow parking lot if needed. To enter the overflow lot, make the first right after turning onto the driveway to the Roundhouse.
