Interested in learning more about the groundbreaking research Breakthrough T1D is funding to cure, prevent, and treat type 1 diabetes (T1D) and its complications? Join Breakthrough T1D and the T1D community for an update on the latest advances in prevention, cure, and treatment research.

Kim Fisher, Breakthrough T1D NorCal Board Member and Chair of Research, will present on advances in Cures and Treatment Research. And Melissa Kruse, Breakthrough T1D Chapter Board Member and Mission Impact Volunteer, will present on Prevention Research. Topics will include – Beta Cell Therapy, Immunology, Screening, Technology Advances, and Glucose Control. Light dinner will be provided.

Tides Foundation

The front entrance to the Tides Foundation will be closed. Please park in the lot behind the Tides Foundation off Edie Road. Use PaybyPhone app to pay for 30 minutes of parking (timed parking ends at 6pm). Walk towards big tree where two buildings meet. There is a little staircase and staff will be there to you in. We will be meeting in the Pacific Room.
