Back to School Community Meet-Up

This informal meeting is open to all impacted by T1D. At this meeting, we will share our tips and tricks for sending our T1Ds back to school. Resources will be provided on 504s, emergency kits, and how best to train your school support team. Whether this is your first time attending school with T1D or your 12th year, please join us and share your questions or insight.
