We are so excited to share that the first Breakthrough T1D Ride of the 2022 season was a great success! It was incredible to be back in-person at our destination events! Sponsored by Ford Motor Company, this was our inaugural Grand Rapids, Michigan Ride! On Saturday, June 11, thirteen riders and three *coaches* represented Team Wisconsin as they logged miles towards mission. The ride began and ended at Millennium Park, and rolled through scenic farmland and small townships to beautiful Lake Michigan.
This group has raised an incredible $50,000 for cures for T1D and we are so thankful for their efforts! Please join us in thanking them in all they do for Breakthrough T1D! The Grand Rapids Ride has raised over $800,000 in total!
